1. Our Commitment

At WebCraft, we're committed to delivering high-quality websites that meet your expectations. We've successfully delivered 500+ websites with a 98% client satisfaction rate. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we have a fair refund policy in place.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund (100% of the amount paid) if:

  • You cancel within 24 hours of making your initial payment, before any work has begun
  • We fail to deliver your website within 7 business days (excluding delays caused by client)
  • The final deliverable significantly differs from the agreed-upon specifications
  • We are unable to complete the project due to technical limitations on our end

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • Cancellation during design phase (before development): 70% refund of total project cost
  • Cancellation during development phase: 50% refund of total project cost
  • Cancellation after development but before launch: 25% refund of total project cost

Partial refunds account for the work already completed and resources allocated to your project.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • After the website has been launched and delivered to you
  • If you change your mind after approving the final design
  • For delays caused by your failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals
  • If you request changes that significantly differ from the original project scope
  • For third-party services (domain registration, premium plugins, stock images, etc.)
  • After 30 days from the final delivery date

5. Hosting Refunds

Hosting fees included in your package are:

  • First year hosting: Included in package price, non-refundable after website launch
  • Renewal fees: Refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancelled before the renewal period ends

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to hello@freakingminds.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Project Name]"
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting information
  3. Allow Processing Time: We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with our decision
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

7. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with your website and believe you're entitled to a refund, we encourage you to first work with us to resolve any issues. Our process:

  1. We'll schedule a call to understand your concerns
  2. We'll propose solutions or revisions to address the issues
  3. If we can't reach a satisfactory resolution, we'll process your refund according to this policy

8. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in:

  • Suspension of any ongoing services
  • Forfeiture of any work completed on your project
  • Potential legal action to recover costs

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
